As a big part of Folkestone's Seaside character this seagull mural was an addition to Folkestone's art scene back in 2014 by Leigh Mulley. The seagull has been painted on the back of the old Metronome theatre in the St Eanswythe Way car park.
Leslie said “the mural was made to address the issue of wild creatures who get needlessly persecuted”
“I thought that if I could put a beautiful, impacting image out there, a stunning close up of the seagull who lives on my roof relaxing”.
