Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all standard UK orders. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day and typically arrive within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, over weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Your order can be tracked via the Royal Mail Track and Trace website — tracking is usually active after 6pm on the day of dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to guarantee delivery by 4pm the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Heavy and Bulky Items
Ski equipment and other oversized items are dispatched via UPS due to Royal Mail size restrictions. Delivery timescales for these items may vary — we will notify you of your expected delivery window at the time of dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Signed For, which provides tracking and insurance on your parcel. Delivery timescales vary by destination — please allow additional time for international orders.
All orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and must be paid by the customer before goods can be released for delivery. As the UK is no longer a member of the European Union, this applies to all EU orders as well as the rest of the world. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we make returns straightforward and free for UK customers.
Return Window
We accept returns within 28 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without tags cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods.
Extended Christmas Returns
Any item purchased between 1 November and 7 December can be returned until 7 January. The standard 28-day policy applies to all purchases made after 7 December.
How to Return — UK Customers
Returns are free for all UK customers. A prepaid return label is included with your order.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Do not apply tape directly to any branded product box — place additional packaging over it first.
- Include a note with your order number and reason for return. If returning a faulty item, please describe the fault clearly.
- Attach the prepaid return label and drop the parcel at your nearest Post Office.
- Retain your Post Office receipt. This is your proof of return and will be required if your parcel does not arrive at our store.

How to Return — International Customers
The cost of returning unwanted goods is at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and notify you by email.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of your return arriving at our store and are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 working days for UK returns to reach us by Royal Mail.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. If you have not received it within 10 working days of posting your return, please contact us at sales@landaustore.co.uk.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the steps above and place a new order on our website. This is the quickest way to get the right item to you. If you need sizing advice before ordering, call us on +44 (0)1303 257511.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@landaustore.co.uk or call +44 (0)1303 257511 before returning. We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full refund, exchange or replacement. We will also refund any return postage costs where goods are faulty or sent in error.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Contact us at sales@landaustore.co.uk or call +44 (0)1303 257511 to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
