How long does delivery take within the UK?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £70. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 48 hours via our tracked courier service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow an extra working day during busy periods such as sale events or bank holidays.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — Landau Store offers free UK delivery on all orders over £70. For orders under £70, a standard delivery charge applies which is calculated at checkout. We also offer free UK returns on all orders, so you can shop with complete confidence.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take between 5–14 working days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What happens if I'm not in when my parcel is delivered?

If you're not home when delivery is attempted, our courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. You can also use the tracking link in your dispatch email to manage your delivery preferences directly with the courier.

What is the Landau Store returns policy?

We offer free UK returns on all orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 28 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

How do I return an item to Landau Store?

Returning an item to us is simple. You can either:

1. Post it back to us — use the returns label included in your parcel, or contact us and we'll send you one. Drop it off at any post office or collection point.

2. Bring it in store — visit us at our Folkestone store and our team will process your return in person.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes, we are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to stock availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact our team before returning your item so we can check availability and reserve the replacement for you. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store in Folkestone where our team will assist you directly.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Do you offer free returns for international orders?

Unfortunately, free returns are only available for UK-based customers. International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. Please mark your package 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional customs charges.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you haven't received one, please first check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, it's possible the email address entered at checkout may have had a typo. Please get in touch with your name and the date of your order and we'll look into it right away.
