Standard UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all standard UK orders. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day and typically arrive within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, over weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

• £4.95 on all UK orders under £70

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Your order can be tracked via the Royal Mail Track and Trace website — tracking is usually active after 6pm on the day of dispatch.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to guarantee delivery by 4pm the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Heavy and Bulky Items

Ski equipment and other oversized items are dispatched via UPS due to Royal Mail size restrictions. Delivery timescales for these items may vary — we will notify you of your expected delivery window at the time of dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Signed For, which provides tracking and insurance on your parcel. Delivery timescales vary by destination — please allow additional time for international orders.

Customs and Import Charges

All orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs handling charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and must be paid by the customer before goods can be released for delivery.

As the UK is no longer a member of the European Union, this applies to all EU orders as well as the rest of the world. Please be aware that EU customs rules are changing in 2026 — from 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the EU will be subject to customs duty regardless of their value. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Refused or unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed due to non-payment of customs charges and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original outbound shipping cost, any return shipping or customs costs incurred, and a restocking fee of up to 15% from any refund issued.
