These Terms and Conditions govern your use of landaustore.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Your Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, because an item is out of stock), we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund, an alternative, or the option to wait for restock.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details submitted in your order, including your delivery address and contact information.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on landaustore.co.uk are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
For international orders, your payment provider will convert to your local currency at their current exchange rate. We have no control over exchange rates or any charges your bank may apply.
4. International Orders and Customs
4.1 Customs and import charges: Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs handling charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and must be paid by the customer before goods can be released for delivery. By placing an international order, you confirm you understand and accept responsibility for any such charges.
4.2 EU orders: As the UK is no longer a member of the European Union, all orders to EU countries are treated as international exports and are subject to EU customs rules. Customers in EU countries may be charged import VAT and customs duty depending on the value and origin of the goods. Please be aware that EU customs rules are changing in 2026 — from 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the EU will be subject to customs duty regardless of their value. We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
4.3 Refused or unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is refused at the point of delivery or left unclaimed — for example due to non-payment of customs charges — and is subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the following costs from any refund issued:
• The original outbound shipping cost
• Any return shipping or customs costs incurred by us as a result of the refusal or non-collection
• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value
Refusing delivery to avoid paying customs charges does not constitute a valid cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds on refused or unclaimed parcels are at our discretion and will only be processed once the goods have been received and inspected by us. We are not liable for goods that are seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed after 2pm, over weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Standard UK delivery: Free on orders over £70 | £4.95 on orders under £70
• Next Day Delivery: Available via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order before 2pm Monday–Friday for delivery by 4pm the following working day.
• Heavy or bulky items (including ski equipment) are dispatched via UPS due to Royal Mail size restrictions.
• International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs delays for international orders. We will notify you of any significant delays.
6. Product Descriptions and Colours
We make every effort to accurately represent our products on landaustore.co.uk. However, colours may appear differently across different screens and devices and should be treated as approximations. If you have any concerns about a product before ordering, please call us on +44 (0)1303 257511 and we will be happy to advise.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, please contact us at sales@landaustore.co.uk or call +44 (0)1303 257511. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed or returned without tags cannot be accepted.
If the return is not due to a fault or error on our part, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Please note: Refusing delivery at the point of customs in order to avoid import charges does not constitute a valid cancellation under these regulations. Please see Section 4.3 for our policy on refused and unclaimed parcels.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 28 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided goods are returned in their original saleable condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Extended Christmas returns: Any item purchased between 1 November and 7 December can be returned until 7 January. The standard 28-day policy applies to purchases made after 7 December.
UK customers: Please use the free return label included with your order and return via your nearest Post Office. Please obtain and retain your proof of postage — this is required if an item is lost in transit.
International customers: Return costs for unwanted goods are at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit. Please note that returns of refused or unclaimed parcels are subject to the deductions outlined in Section 4.3, not our standard returns policy.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to your original payment method.
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent, we will cover return postage costs. Please contact us at sales@landaustore.co.uk before returning.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or do not match your order, please contact us within 28 calendar days of receipt at sales@landaustore.co.uk or call +44 (0)1303 257511. We will arrange collection or a prepaid return label and offer a full refund, repair or replacement as appropriate.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
10. Stock and Availability
We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate on our website. In rare circumstances an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens, our customer service team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a wait for restock, or a full refund.
11. Correspondence and Email
Email is our primary method of communication. By placing an order, you agree to provide a valid email address and to check it regularly until your order is complete. You will receive automated confirmations for your order, dispatch and any refunds.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive our emails. We cannot be responsible for emails that do not reach you due to your email provider’s filtering.

We will handle all complaints confidentially, fairly and as promptly as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the UK courts.
13. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
14. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of our website or from late, incorrect or non-delivery of goods, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We are not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges imposed by any government or customs authority on your order, nor for any seizure, destruction or delay of goods by such authorities.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be in breach of these terms or liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, storm, war, civil disturbance, government action, import or export restrictions, customs authority decisions, industrial action, or failure of utilities or third-party services.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on landaustore.co.uk, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Landau Store Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
17. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of landaustore.co.uk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
